The Senior FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving strategic financial insights, supporting executive decision-making, and leading enterprise-wide planning and forecasting processes. This role partners closely with senior leadership across finance, merchandising, operations, and strategy.
Senior FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting processes for corporate and field operations.
• Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, scenario modeling, and performance dashboards.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities, cost initiatives, and strategic projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
Senior FP&A Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
